Mashiko-DB Office will confirm the order, consult with artist or pottery concerning inventory, order placement and time frame.
Discussion of date and method of delivery as well as method of payment, will be conducted by email with the client.

• Due to the large and varied number of artists and potteries in Mashiko, a uniform management of products is difficult.
  The Office will first review the contents and subject of the order then will be able to better start detailed consultation concerning the order.
  We ask your understanding in this matter.
• Since each Pottery Studio and artists’ production enviroment, and schedules are different, depending on the type of order some orders may take a long time to fulfill.
  Please understand depending on consultation with the producer, the preferred date of delivery may not available and may take considerably longer.

When both parties have agree to turms of the order, the order will be place with the artist/producer.
For already finished in stock items, the order will proceed to payment processing and delivery immediately.
